The last day of the 2015 on the Ffestiniog Railway was 1 November.
Prince and Blanche were in charge of the last trains of the main daily service. Other variations of locos in use during the week had included David Lloyd George, Lyd and Blanche, and Linda and Blanche.
The railway will undergo maintenance commencing this week with the main project being the relaying of Penrhyn Station with new track.
Whilst the Ffestiniog Railway is undergoing maintenance, Ffestiniog locos can be seen on special winter services from Porthmadog to Rhyd Ddu on Wednesday, Thursdays and Saturdays. See details here.
Santa trains will run on both lines starting 12th December whilst there will also be trains between Christmas and New Year.
